Open Thread: Podcasting Software

Posted by John Saddington on Jul 11, 2010

We’ve been doing a small podcast for a few weeks now and I’m not sure if I actually polled our reader base for good ideas…!

Shame on me.

So, if you’re podcasting, what software do you use and/or recommend?

  1. I do an audio podcast with my wife Tina. (The Adventures of Wayne and Tina at WayneAndTina.com) We have no budget so we just do two USB Rock Band and Guitar Hero mics, and Garage Band.

Listen to it… you’ll like it!

    LIKE IT!

  2. I’m really digging buzzsprout. Their embedding features are great. With just a little tweak in the coding, you can alter their large “playlist” style player into a tiny single track player.

Plus, it gives me the ability to embed the tiny player directly into a facebook update.

  3. I found out about buzzsprout here. Thanks btw…;)
