Synchronizing and Organizing Meeting Times with Meetifyr

Posted by John Saddington on Jun 12, 2010

One of the most challenging parts of working in any organization is scheduling. Period.

Yes, we have calendaring software like Google Apps and Outlook Exchange and a bunch of others but what if you’re a digital organization and/or team that doesn’t have a “standard” calendar, email system, etc? And what if all that is overkill anyways?

Perhaps you need a simple online web-app, like this:

Meetifyr is a simple way to organize a meeting between as many people as you need. What I love about this web app is the simplicity of the design and the effectiveness of it’s functionality.

For example, I’ve put my entire team from the 8BIT Network on this Meetifyr example and quickly I could send out this link here (http://www.meetifyr.com/UaWrYGXhKt) and I can quickly see if they are available for a Tuesday/Wednesday meeting.

Voila. That’s that. Love this web app!
